Baru pindah area Bertam,sewa je pun.tgk developer naikkan rumah2 baru smua harga xmasuk akai lps tu bina jenis y mewah2. Banglo setingkat, banglo 2 tgkt, jual 700k,900k. yg setgkt skrg ssh nk dpt area Bertam ni.Dok tgk rumah2 mewah area sini kebanyakkan nye kosong ja...beli utk duduk lepas pencen.haru org muda nk bli umah cmni

aku beli rumah rm150k, value bank rm160k
tapi rate sewa kawasan situ rm800+ tpi bgi sewa rm600 jer
tu pun sangkut dh 2bulan

Yang ni aku rasa betol gak, macam aku ngan wife, aku kena pilih jalan untuk mencari rumah yg selesa utk family + dkt tmpt kerja + dkt dgn segalanya cth mcm rumah mak ayah, di sebabkan aku asal pun mmg duk KL, so sudah tentula harga dia mmg mahalkan.. so antara jalan lain, aku terpaksa la korban kan beli kete seperti yg disebut. Aku memilih membeli viva + mpv 2nd utk balik kg ... so bila wat loan rumah utk 500k tu lepas la.. sebab DSR tu melepasi .... bila tgk member2 tukar kete civic ler , vios ler... aku telan air liur jek ler hihihihi!!!!

kalau tgk trend area sini rumah mmg akan habis dijual,tapi rumah kosong la. mungkin org2 kaya y kerja KL beli,tgu pencen baru nk duduk situ.Baru p Bertam Properties ja, hat baru buat banglo 2 tgkt/3 tgkt tu UDA.xsempat jenguk lg pejabat deme
