kalau beli rumah baru, biasa ni kos yang terlibat

1) Lawyer, Loan Agreement & SPA - 5% dpd harga rumah
2) Valuation - rumah 2nd hand atau completed unit dari developer
3) agent fee - biasa 2%
4) insurans/takaful

Ini 4 jenis kos yang paling biasa kalau beli rumah
