Isu skrg ni nak duit balik 100%.
Ni paling tricky.

Macam mustahil je nak dpt 100% tu.

Rasa x adil tu biasa, sbb perkara x berlaku seperti yg diharapkan.

Samada proceed sampai settle habis urusan jual beli, or back off dgn amount sekadar yg dpt.

tu la payah kalau beli highrise yg masih master title ni.
klu project dh lama..developer plak dh bungkus.tak dapat di kesan.
jenuh bro urusan ni..

duit agent tu rasanya confirm dia tak pulang balik.
melainkan ko gegar office dia la.huhu

skrg mslah dekat lebih kepada pihak landlord.
cuba minta advice lawyer apa yg patot.
boleh dpt kot balance 7% tu.duit lawyer rse burn juga..

Mana boleh kalau dah sign SPA nak mintak semula 3+7% = 10% deposit tu + 90% loan

kene tgk dalam SPA. benda ni dah kerja lawyer bukan agent lagi dah...agent kene update imfo dari lawyer

Skg ni lawyer buat kerja slow, master title sekali pun tgk pada polisi liquidator - boleh ke buat direct transfer / double transfer lepas tu nak dapatkan CTC / CTT lagi tak kan tu keje ejen.

legal fees nak burn wahh mn boleh mcm tu kene la refund both side buyer dan seller ada caj legal fees.

lagi masalah kalau file rumah kat developer tu hilang, sebelum sampai pada company liquidator. Lawyer kene kejar la liquidator jgn suruh ejen yg kejar company liquidator dah jadi conflict of interst dah tu
