Default Rumah dah siap, tp pemaju belum serahkan kunci.

Assalamualaikum dan selamat sejahtera..

Ceritanya begini, aku ada beli rumah dr pemaju, rumah dh siap 100% dan byran penuh pinjaman setiap bulan kpd bank pn dh mula dbyar stat bulan 2 ni...

aku ada kol pemaju utk ambil kunci, tp diorg maklumkn slot bln ni dh penuh, pemaju limitkn setiap hari 5 pemilik je bleh ambil kunci dan diorg buat semggu 3 hari je....mksudnye seminggu hya 15 pemilik je bleh ambil kunci...

Bg aku mcm x adil je diorg buat cmni, menyusahkan aku je, dh la kene set hari2 tertentu je silap2 kene amik cuti keje lg, slot yg kosong lak bln 3 nati bru ada kosong...

Td aku dh kol depe dan ckp x adil tndkn yg depa buat ni dan hnya menyusahkan pembeli...mane tau tarikh yg aku book tu nati aku ada hal lain lak, naye kene buat appoinmnt lain lak....diorg maklumkn akan kol semula isnin nati...

Ada ape2 tindkn yg bleh aku ambil?

anda nak rumah? bersabar lah..... Anda telah bersabar untuk waktu yg lama untuk tunggu rumah tu siap dibina. Setakat kurang 1 bulan lagi, anda boleh bersabar.

Saya kene tunggu 6 bulan untuk masuk rumah walaupun rumah dah siap dan byr full loan.

memang boleh eh pemaju buat camtu.. apa motifnya ye.. nak kurangkan deffect warranty ke... kesian kiri kanan kena bayar.. sewa rumah.. nak renovate rumah lagi.. lagi lambat byk kos yang terlibar

Kite ada hak sbgai pembeli...jgn abaikan hak kta sbgai pembeli....pemaju sbnarnya bleh dikenakan denda lewat serahan milikan kosong....ada pengiraannya, klu perkara mcm ni kta x ambil kisah mmg untunglah pemaju...
