ikut citer TT, saya setuju Syabas bersalah. tertera di bil bhw byrn perlu dijelaskan dalam tempoh 30 hari selepas bil dikeluarkan. jika gagal bayar, satu notis pemotongan bekalan akan dibuat dlm tempoh 14 hari. selepas dpt notis pemotongan, kalo TT x byr gak dlm 14 hari maka Syabas berhak potong bekalan tanpa belas kasihan.

memang cari masalah sendiri... bil utiliti kena la semak sendiri... sibuk cam maner pun ambil la cuti... cam aku memang sebulan sehari cuti untuk settlekan semua bayaran... kalau x memang la tak berbayar bil utiliti tu...tak perlu nak maki orang kalau sendiri buat silap...

kedai aku pun kene potong air 2 hari lepas..aku nak bayar sebelum ni x boleh sebab bil x dapat..last bil bln 5..tu pun dah bayar..siap lebih rm36..skali datang terus potong..tunggakan ada rm130++..padahal deposit yg diorang pegang pun rm500..dh potong nk sambung kene cas rm50..memang aku x puashati..

aku call customer service dia wat complain kata x dapat bil..aku tanya last bill bila?dia cakap 28/8..aku cakap xde bill..dlm peti surat xde..kat kedai pun xde..nak x nak kene bayar jugak lepas dh kene potong..yg aku peliknya, tetiba tgh hari tadi ada plak bil yg 28/8 tu kat kedai aku..xde plak notis warning utk potong skali..

aku rasa diorang memang nk cari duit lebih skarang ni..sebab masa aku g bayar aritu kat syabas kajang, tergantung banner besar2 tulis, "operasi pemotongan bekalan air dilakukan dikawasan anda"..dan masa aku bayar tu, daripada 10org yg tggu turn utk bayar 80% pegang surat merah lepas kene potong..memang aku x halalkan duit rm50 tu yg diorang ambik utk cas sambung balik..

setau aku la deposit tu mmg duit kita. selagi tunggakan x melebihi deposit, dorang mana leh potong sesuka hati je.

bil TNB aku deposit 250, tunggakan aku biarkan cecah 200 pon takde plak dpt surat kuning (notis 14 hari kena byr) atau surat merah (notis 7 hari kena byr)....
