hhehe..TT...sje nak kongsi ilmu sikit...

pull up wide grip


untuk exercise ni lebih kpada 'lats'...kepak..kasi lebar

pull up close grip


untuk exercise ni lebih focus utk bahagian tgh back..dekat trapizius..bicep p0n sikit akan involve..

dua2 exercise mmg cun utk dpt upper back yang mantap...tp jgn terlalu focus kat 1 tempat...kne balance...bru shape bdan lawa..chest kne sme berkembang klau back bekembang...tangan p0n sme...kne balance r sng cite...hehe...

Cuba tt push up, tp tngn kasi kembang, klu boleh siku 70-90 darjah,
Mungkin bleh terbang bulan depan.. hehe..
