pendapat saya
PULL UP boleh membentuk badan jadi V
badan akan cantik dan kembang jika lihat dari depan..
kalau amalkan PUSH UP pon ok..amalkan minimum 20-30kali sehari selama 2 bulan..insyaAllah akan ade perubahan..
badan akan cantik di lihat dari sisi.. sekadar pandangan

tapi bukan amalan push up tanpa buat rutin perut akan menyebabkan kita cepat boroi...dada mmg akan bidang..sebab aku kalo banyak sangat displin ni, takde masa lak nak buat..

saya dulu boroi jugak..
saya amalkan dua rutin je..
PUSH UP 20kali je sehari sebelum tidur
SIT UP 50kali(tanpa henti) sebelum tidur
saya amal 2 bulan,ketara juga hasilnya..
roomate yang dulu duduk tengok je,sekarang pon dah mula amalkan..
