19/6/2012...kawan2...skrg lepas exercise aku akan rasa bisa sesangat bahagian pelipat tang doktor ambil darah tu...aduh..skrg pun tgh rasa bisa...normal ke tu..

masalah nak henjut pun, secara purata pull up dengan displin penuh pun boleh pegi 10 je...pastu kena relak..baru lehh buat balik..perut pun tak rasa apa2..ada gak buat teknik angkat kaki ke atas tu, tapi tu la...baik buat yg baring atas lantai lagi cepat terasa otot perut...
