Default Sapa yang pernah membuat consignment barang ke kedai ?

Assamalamualaikum.

saya bercadang nak buat consignment barang niaga ke kedai-kedai tapi tak tahu macm mana untuk bermula. Ada tak member2 kat sini yang pernah membuat consignment dan bagaimana tentang surat menyurat yang perlu ada @ kita parking jer barang kat kedai

aku pernah tp dari segi pengalaman aku lah , kebanyakakan perniagaan berminat kita buat cari macam ini,tp masalah yang utamanya jika barang kita xabis dijual menjadi tanda tanya..

Supplyer kene amk semule brg yg tak habis
Even kedai kecik pon dah demand sekarg
Lagi2 kalau brg tu bukan brg keperluan harian

aku biasa gak buat dlu..dgn membe cg pn ada..just bg resit je..x abes bleh return..amik duit sales (yg kte janji hrga pd pekedai) biasenya dorg demand hrga rendah..pandai2la nego (win-win situation) then bg tempoh masa utk amik brg..cth 1 bln ke..kalo nk sambung lg..wat resit lain..sediakan marketing tools utk pekedai spt iklan,flyers,peralatan,dsb.

p/s: ak jual brgn aksesori pompuan,payung,tuala,tudg,perfume,footdetox,dll.

kalau kat kedai saya la.. maybe lain utk kedai2 lain..

utk consigment..

first jumpa tokey lah.. mai kedai mintak no tepon tokey.. dah deal masa.. so jumpa tokey..

dah jumpa tokey.. cerita pasai brg.. pastu tanya persetujuan percent atau harga tolak/jual kat tokey tu.. kalau tokey tu setuju.. keluar satu invoice ..

dlm invoice tu.. tulis nama brg.. kuantiti.. dan harga tolak.. tarikh serta number telefon bang zack jangan lupa bubuh.. kang nak follow-up tokey refer balik kat invoice..

so ringan mulut tanya tokey nak revisit check brg bila boleh.. kalau dia cakap bila2 pun boleh.. abg zack boleh revisit lepas 2-3 minggu.. atau sebulan sekali.. tp kalau brg bang zack dah habeh.. tokey tu tepon nak tambah brg.. so tu petanda brg laku dan petanda hubungan business bakal terjadi..


so benda2 tu berulang.. so drpd situ.. kalau kekerapan tokey tu tepon suh tambah brg..

bang zack ringan2 la mulut pujuk tokey tu suh ambik terus perfume tu.. selalunya kedai saya.. kalau 3 4 kali ulang dan brg consigment cepat habis.. mmg akan ambik dlm kuantiti byk la..


so paling penting kedai ni.. stok sentiasa kena ada.. dan jangan buat taik ( maksudnya bila tokey tu order.. lambat hantar.. brg habis dlm masa yg lama ) kat tokey tu ja.. sbb nak built hubungan ngan tokey kedai tu pun susah and lama..


satu lagi benda betoi2 penting.. macamana nak kenai tokey yg baguih ngan tokey yg problematic.. ( apa ingat keta ja ka ada problematic.. )

indikatornya mudah..

jika tokey tu mudah dihubungi.. senang angkat call.. senang berbincang.. senang nak jumpa dan selalu ada kat kedai.. mmg tokey tu boleh caya punya..


kalau tokey tu susah nak bercakap.. susah nak angkat call.. jarang ada kat kedai.. so boleh blah ja la tokey camtu.. tu tokey takdak duit sbb dok lari memanjang..

so pastikan bang zack letak kat tokey yg betoi.
