Default Tips Berjoging 5km Tanpa Henti (Pemilihan Kasut Joging page8)

Beberapa hari lepas aku terjumpa sebuah website yg ajar cara berjoging sejauh 5km tanpa henti.

Ok, aku taknak ler bagi link download tu. Yg aku nak kongsi, aku dah ubah suai skit. Bukan apa, tak baik la senang2 je aku nak kongsi hasil penat lelah admin http://jomkitajogging.com/ buat pakej ebook tu.

Even aku pun tgh mula2 nak berjinak ngan tip2 tersebut.

Biar aku ringkaskan...mulakan sesi berjoging katakan selama 20 minit. 2 minit berlari, 2 minit berjalan laju. Keesokan korang rehat. Pastu sambung balik 2 minit berlari, 2 minit berjalan laju. Lakukan rutin ni selama seminggu.

Minggu seterusnya, korang tambahkan minit berlari dan minit berjalan laju sedikit demi sedikit.

Minggu seterus terusnya korang tambahkan lagi minit berlari, tetapi minit berjalan laju dikurangkan.

Ermm...tu je la yg bleh aku kongsi-kongsikan. Nak dapat lagi byk tips korang kene beli r pakej ebook ni. Siap cara nak mengetahui jenis tapak kaki dan kasut apa yg sesuai ngan tapak kaki korang. Jangan main beli je kasut tanpa mengetahui jenis tapak kaki korang.

Tip aku kasi 5km lari tnpa henti hari prtama.biar pecah urat simpul tu.besok rehat.kompom badan cramp.wakakaka lepas rehat 2 hari start ngan cara tt.

lari sekuat yg boleh selama 30 saat pastu jalan dengan laju selama 5 minit
adalah lebih baik daripada berjoging selama sejam...

Aku slalu gak jogging... Tak tak penah nye smp 5km.... Semput....
So far da jog 80km total... Tp still tak dpt jogging stret... Sempot mak... Huf huf hufff....
