Default Cara main dumbell yg berkesan

Salam semua warga CG.. nak tanya otai2 semua, tadi den baru beli dumbell, 2 pcs kat fitness concept..
jadi skrg ni nak tau, macam mana cara main dumbell ni dgn berkesan?
klau bole provide skali jadual ke..

Ni spec dumbell saya utk sebelah..
2.5kg = 2 pcs
1.25kg = 2pcs
0.5kg = 2 pcs
Batang besi = 1kg
skru 2 pcs = 500g, so satu 250g..

Total sebelah tangan = 10kg..
Jadi skrg ni, mcm ne nak main bnde ni?

Ni Gmbr dumbell ni..

kat kolej dulu, cara aku main, hempas ke lantai, spe wat kesan plg dalam..

gurau ja TS..

mmbe aku ajr, jgn main berat sgt, klu berat sgt, ketul je lebih, tp power kurang..

main dr kurang berat, bntuk xmenonjol lebih2, tp otot kuat..

org ajar la, ye ke xada beza cara nih aku xtau..aku pn xmain dumbell..

Elok mula sikit2.

Try 5kg dikiri dan kanan.

Lepas sebulan, baru upgrade ke 7kg...dan seterusnya.


Ikut cara Scott nie.

Posisi tangan dia.

Sebelum ni aku buat cara salah.

Ikut jer cara Scott nie...terasa perubahan.

50x jer dengan 2 x 5kg dumbell.


PS: Aku buat benchpress dengan dumbell yang sama; 100x jer.
