Default Nk menapak di Kota Kemuning.. Pendapat rakan2 diperlukan.

Salam suma,

Sy plan nk settle down di kota kemuning dekat dgn area sekolah situ.
tgk mcm suma facilities ok, sekolah hospital, etc2.

sapa2 yg tnggal di kota kemuning so far ok x area tu?

yeke.. taman sy plan nk duduk tu kwasan rezab melayu. so bole la kot dpt sume jiran melayu.

dekat taman impian Sutera tu ek?

mbr2 sy ckp klu rmh tanah rezab melayu ni ssh skit nk cari buyer klu nk jual blk nnti..

klu pk2 blk la kan..

rumh harga 400k.. buat loan dgn bank campo2 intres sume utk 40thn,
sy dah hutang loan dekat 800k+.. nnti klu jual, mmg kne jual harga more then 800k la ek bru dpt profit?

maaf klu soklan mcm nub skit, bru lg dlm ni. hehe..

plan nk dduk lame tp monthly die tu 1800 jgk bln2, mane tau ape2 tjadi in future and tepakse jual kan..

ooo yg pemajunya purcon tu ke??ok aper kat ctu..itu asalnya tempat projek terbengkalai tu,tapi sekarang dah banyak siap umah kat situ..mahal jugak harga umah skang yek.Tapi area jln kebun dan kampung lombong mmg rezab melayu,walaupun byk org mempertikaikan masa depan kat ctu tapi mama optimis area kat situ akan cepat berkembang berbanding kawasan rezab melayu yg lain,sbb area kota kemuning ni bawah MBSA.

Lagi pun sekarang ni pun dah ader highway SKVE lagi lah cepat berkembang kat area ctu nanti.IJM pun dah start projek kat area bukit kemandul.Khabarnya kerajaan negeri nak develop satu lagi bandar baru kat situ,nanti area rezab melayu kat situ akan dihimpit dgn pembangunan yg pesat disekelilngnya dlm masa 10 thn akan dtg.

sekadar pandangan mama yg dah dok hampir 8thn kat sini yg dahulunya takde kepebenda pun kat sini.

35% dari gaji bersih? kalau ya kira tidak terbeban sgtlah nak byr duit rumah setiap bulan

lagi pun rumah ni satu bentuk pelaburan utk jangka masa panjang mgkn kalau area rizab melayu ni harganya mungkin tak melambung tinggi mcm tanah2 kat luar sana tu.

Bile TT nak migrate kat Kota kemuning? area situ jarang banjir sbb kawasan tu kira agak tinggi..kalau banjir rumah TT mungkin tenggelam kot rumah saya

TT keje kat mana skang ni??kalau dah pindah ke kota kemuning nanti tak jauh ke dari tempat keje?

tapi tu lah 2k tiap2 bln rasa tnggi jgk. hehe...

insyaallah lepas rumah siap sy akan pndah, estimate siap ujung 2014. kalau jadi beli lah.

oo area tnggi ek, ok la tu kot. harap2 xbanjir lah..

kalau saya ditempat TT mmg saya beli

once kalau exit SKVE kat kota kemuning tu dah siap,lg senang TT nak ketempat keje,exit dia dekat aje ngan umah TT dlm 1KM je gitu.Skang ni diorg tgh nak siapkan exit tu tak taulah bile nak siap.

skang ni TT dok kat shah alam ke??
