Gunakan advantage MLTA untuk pendekkan tenure Loan anda..
Kalau boleh save 5-10 tahun punya interest,memang sangat berbaloi.

mmg nak buat untuk pendekkan tenure loan tu , loan 40 years, maybe around 20 years dah leh cover loan tu dengan MLTA...tp kalo monthly bayar lebih , maybe around 10-15 years dah leh setel semua loan...

assalamualaikum semua......

sy ade beberapa soalan....
adakah insuran wajib diambil untuk pinjaman perumahan......?
jika seseorang pembeli itu ade penyakit....adakah insuran akan cover pinjaman perumahan pembeli tersebut.....?
jika seseorang pembeli itu pernah terlibat dgn kemalangan dan dia dah pulih skg........adakah insuran akan cover pinjaman perumahan pembeli tersebut.....?
maaf sy zero dlm bab pinjaman perumahan....harap dapat membantu...

oke,tujuan insuran ialah untuk melindungi liability yg tuan ada..jika terjadi apa2 kepada tuan,insurance la yg akan settlekan segala tanggungan/hutang tuan tadi..
berkaitan dengan penyakit dan kemalangan..jika dengan insurance company,mereka akan pre qualify tuan dengan soalan2 sebelom tuan apply insurance program dengan mereka..mereka akan menerima permohonan tuan,tetapi ada terma dan syarat juga..
jika tuan ambila insurance bank seperti MRTA,mereka tidak qualify tuan pada peringkat awal..banker juga tidak byk bertanya berkaitan kesihatan tuan untuk mendpatkan gambaran temtamg kesihatam tuan..
jadinya,kemungkinan akan menjadi masalah nanti apabila sesuatu terjadi kepada tuan,dan keluarga ingin buat claim..dan apabila buat claim nnti,baru soalan2 yg berkaitan dengan history kesihatan akan ditanya,dan mengambil masa yg lama untuk mendapat approval claim..

adakah bank akan membatalkan perjanjian pinjaman(setelah perjanjian pinjaman ditandatangani) setelah mengetahui yang pembeli berisiko......?
