UPDATE 26 JANUARI 2012

Email yang aku hantar ke tuan rumah pada 23 Januari 2012 berkenaan denga claim aku yang aku minta dia bayar atau aku akan ambil tindakan saman di Mahkamah. Dalam email tu aku ada bagi dia letter of demand, aku mintak dia bayar kos relocation astro/aircond/unifi/kos cat dan kos pindah. Kalau dia tak bayar dalam 7 hari, aku akan failkan saman. So, hari ni dia reply email aku dan dia cakap, dia dah rujuk peguam berkaitan letter of demand yang aku hantar dan peguam dia cakap, letter of demand yang aku hantar tu serius, so dia dengan selamba badak pergi tukar tempoh notis tu dari 1 bulan 10 hari ke dua bulan, dia cakap aku dapat selesaikan dengan dia je, dari email dia tu nampak macam dia takut aku ambil tindakan.

Aku reply balik cakap kat dia yang aku bertegas dengan tindakan aku, aku akan ambil tindakan kalau dia tak langsaikan claim aku dalam tempoh 7 hari. Alasan aku ialah, aku dah start cari rumah lepas dia hantar notis suruh aku keluar dan satu lagi alsan aku ialah, dia tak ambik apa-apa tindakan berkaitan masalah air dalam rumah tu, so aku cakap kat dia, aku akan tetap berpegang dengan notis pertama yang dia hantar.

So, apa korang fikir? Betul ke apa yang aku buat?

Selalunya dengar penyewa je buat hal, ni terbalik pula. tapi aku dulu pun pernah kena ngan tuan rumah yang tak ok, tak kasi duit deposit aku tapi aku claim kat Akhirat je laa sbb tak banyak. Hehehe

pehh..kesian tt..

tapi cara tt betul..elok untuk aku jugak sebagai penyewa..tak tahu pulak sewa rumah ni ada akta.

yang aku tau setelah tuan rumah menyewakan rumah kepada kita..tuan rumah kena mintak izin kalau nak masuk rumah yang kita sewa tu. itu je. tapi takde kena mengena pun ngan kes tt..
