Default Bisnes Sengkuang Calit

Teringat masa kecik2 dulu..suka sangat makan sengkuang calit..iaitu sengkuang yang dipotong nipis kemudian diletakkan kuah/sos rojak di atasnya dan ditabur dengan serbuk kacang tanah. Masa tu org jual sekeping 30sen hingga 50sen.

Ada satu company ni telah mendapat idea untuk mengkomersialkan sengkuang calit. Dia buat style francais mcm kentang spring juga..Siap dengan kiosk, uniform, kuah rojak, kacang etc.

Saya rasa ini satu idea yang bagus...rasa macam nak buat jugak bisnes ni..

Sapa2 yang nk share idea tentang sengkuang calit boleh la kongsi di sini..

potong kecil2 cucuk macam sate, dulu apek yang jual benda macam ni naik motor itu pun ada melayu makan(sayalah tu). tapi sekarang banyak melayu dah buat, buah tu hentam lah semua yang sesuai, pelam,jambu,sengkuang,epal,nanas dan banyak lagi lah. cucuk buah tu ikut harga buah la tapi yang penting satu cucuk tu sama harga,
kuah bukan susah sangat pun ada jual yang balang dan yang kick tu kena campur kuah pedas, kena buat sendiri, cili api,gula n kicap ja.

kedai kat kampung nenek aku dia jual 3 buah je sengkuang, tembikai, nanas... calit kuah rojak... ( masa aku kecil2 dulu la)

Kalau kt Penang, rojak macam ni dipanggil "Rojak Tonggek"
Selalunya kaum cina yg buat..dia potong buah kecik2 pastu cucuk dengan lidi mcm sate. Secucuk 50 sen. Pastu ada kuah rojak yg dicampur dengan otak udang..Pakat lawan cicah/celup laa..
yang syoknya..mcm2 bangsa air liur dah bercampur..hehe..tapi tgk org dok mkn selamba je..Apek tu pun dah kaya raya..dia buka stall tu sampai tengah mlm pun..org still dok ramai juga..Cina, melayu, india semua suka...yg penting kuah tu power..makanan tradisi turun temurun...

dulu masa sekolah rendah aku selalu makan sengkuang ni...
kira hari2 la makan ni...masa tu tahun 1997, harga sengkuang tu sekeping dalam 20 sen je..
