ok ni tiada pendahuluan....mmg ada kelulusan dr BNM sbb ni syarikat berhad..dan setiap hari sabtu kita ada sesi talk kat HQ subang..jadi sesiapa yang berminat boleh siap kan dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan..janji tiada blacklist dan tinggal di kawasan klang velley.

kalau projek gagal mcm mana? ni melibatkan pengambilan deposit org ramai, COMFIRM ke Bank Negara approve?? leh siapa2 call Bank Negara comfirm dulu sebelum pinjam... byk gak skim2 begitu skrg...

Too good to be true. Kenapa syarikat ni tak pinjam sendiri duit dari bank? kenapa perlu hasil pinjaman org ramai? ni melibatkan pengambilan deposit. balik zaman INVESTMENT dulu lagi...

kalau betul la syarikat berhad perlukan shareholder.....perlu ke disuruh bakal shareholder buat pinjaman?...agak2 ler pun......memang ler letak dalam form24 enlotment share.....dari info first post nampak banyak yang hidden....sorry to say.....i smell something fishy.....tak tau ler yang lain.....

Uisshh aku rase macam bagi tengkuk jek kat bank hehehe

Cakap pasal investment dah sah2 ade naik turun.

Kalu syarikat lingkup! loan atas nama kite orang. Makna kite org yang dapat 30% yang tanggung utang 100% syarikat tak de komitment bole lepas tangan.

Name pun Syarikat HArtanah kan.

Aku cadangkan nape tak dgn 70% tuh bagi jek rumah ke apartment ke ....baru la ade nilai.

Buat agreement kalu Syarikat settle utang kite orang ngan bank dalam mase yang di tetapkan rumah syarikat bole amik balik... kalu tak rumah tu hak milik kite org.

Baru adil tul tak.

Lagi pun aku rase BNM pun tak leh kacau sebab ade jual beli ape

Ni pendapat aku la. Sape2 yang pakar tuh tolong laa betul kan kalu salah
