Default CIMB salah masuk duit aku ke akaun org lain~HELP ME PLS

Guys,
Aku nak mintak pendapat korang ngan case aku ngan CIMB ni. Tak sangka kena jugak kat aku w.pun slama ni byk je aku baca problem ngan CIMB cheque system ni.

Ni kronologi aku:

31-Mac: Aku deposit cheque dr acc OCBC ke CIMB current account. Aku assume sumer ok since aku pun tak pakai duit tu, just to transfer. So aku pun tak check my CIMB account

3-May : Aku baru sedar yg duit aku tu takde dalam CIMB acc aku. Kol OCBC(superb Cust.Serv KUDOS) and afer few calls, dorang confirm cheque aku dah cleared with all the proof in hand. So aku tau la CIMB yang buat palat. Kol CIMB sana sini log report.

4-May : Nasib baik aku simpan slip transaction. Aku pegi CIMB branch yg aku deposit cheque aku tu utk tnjuk kat dorang slip tu sbg bukti yg aku tak silap tekan no. acc.
Later petang sket Manager Branch call(ngan suara cuak2 dan sedey) bg tau yg dorang dah silap masuk duit aku kat orang lain(WTFFFFF!!) And worst part, org yg terima duit tu pun dah guna duit aku tu(ye la saper taknak kan duit free dalam akaun tu bley beli RXZ sebijik cash). trus lemah aku dgr jawapan dia tu..aku ckp aku nak duit aku balik..dia kata dia tak sure bila bole dapat tp dia kata dalam 7 hari dia kasi tau update (hr rabu 12/5) sbb incident report dah buat katanya. aku tak bley nak marah dah that time.. geram,sedey,syukur pun ada..tp aku still tak puas hati dgn estimation time dorang kasi tu..

5-May : aku visit cimbclicks and email dorang complaint yg aku tak puas hati ngan estimate resolution time dorang tu.

6-May : Takde jawapan dari cimbclicks. Aku call BNM mintak nasihat. Dorang suruh email BNM. So aku email complaint aku kat BNM cc sekali customercare CIMB and beberapa org lagi nama CIMB yg aku dapat dari BNM website.

7 May : Somebody from CIMB customercare call aku ckp case aku dalm investigation. Again dia pun ckp yg dia hanya bole kasi update Rabu depan(12/5) jugakk...aku geram je dengar..sebulan lebey tak dapat duit aku pastu kena tunggu lagi 7 hari..tu pun tak tau dapat balik duit aku ke tak..aku dah tak larat dah nak maki hamun..aku mintak nama no. tepon dia just in case kalo dia tak followup ngan aku rabu depan..

Being helpdesk myself, aku dah try my best to go to proper channel to address my problem..aku tau there's no point aku hentak2 phone and jerit2 sbb bukan bley dapat duit aku on the spot..i'm a HD too..HD tu pun bukan bley buat apa..paling2 koman pun dorang mute je dgr aku memekak..pastu log my call..

tapi deep inside my heart aku rasa macam ada yg tak kena..tp aku tak tau dah nak report kat saper lagi..BNM sudah..customercare sudah..
ko bayangkan la kalo aku bisnes man..confirm aku dah muflis or rugi teruk kan.. sebulan lebey aku tak dapat duit aku..aku tak bley bayar vendor..stok barang aku tak sampai..bisnes tak jalan beb..

Tapi Aku rasa CIMB mmg patut kena penalti..abg aku suggest aku bring up this issue to police as FRAUD case..and file a case at tribunal pengguna.. or harus kah aku pegi ke TV3 or media cetak? or harus kah aku tunggu sampai hari rabu depan baru aku start 2nd step to go to police etc?

apa pendapat korang..mana tau koranng ada cadangan lebey baik..

thanks jugak membaca masalah aku..sebenarnya aku dah tak tau dah nak lepaskan kat saper..

bnk yg salah deposit..?? ptt dorang ble detect cepat sebab acc xkan balance ngan report la kalo camtu.. apasal la dorang ni..

biasanya bank akan cuba dapatkan balik duit tu dr org yg tersalah masuk akaun tu. apa cara pun mereka akn cuba lengah2kan kita sehingga diaorg dpt balik duit tu. benda ni makin lama akan jadi semakin sulit sbb bila dah lama sgt mereka timbulkan alasan itu dan ini. tahulah mereka kalau boleh tak mahu menanggung kerugian walau kesalahan itu dr mereka sendiri. saya punye suggestionlah mmg patut pun kalau nk buat polis repot atau ke media cetak sblm kedudukan menjadi semakin parah.

selagi owner account yg tersalah bank in tu x sedar yg ada duit terlebih kat account bank die bleh dapat blk duit tu.. kalo die da sedar kene guna budi bicara dgn owner...
