Default Bagaimana mahu buat bisnes sewa rumah?

Aku masih blaja skrg nih. Grad x lma agi.Plan da grad nanti aku nk bli umah buat sewa. Nak buat passive income. Spa yang sedang buat bisnes sewa umah skrg ni ade nasihat x? anything psal buat loan ker, tips nak cari umah yg tbaek utk sewa ker, cmne nk maximizekan profit ker..ape2 jer..thx..

rasanye senang je buat bis rumah ni cuma modal kene besar sket, 25k untuk permulaan mmg cukup

Yang penting pulangan sewa mestilah lebih dari bayaran loan of course heheh.

Tapi kadang kala kita silap kira last-last tak dapat positive cashflow. Especially for serviced apartments - lupa nak kira bayaran maintenance dan mcm2 lagi.

Make sure kiraan adalah betul dan double dan triple check sebelum membuat keputusan.

Yg penting sekali adalah ILMU! So tuntutlah ilmu walaupun ke negeri China

Papepun mesti cari lokasi yg baik. Dekat dgn pengangkutan awam,

sekolah,tempat keje dll. Buat loan selama yg boleh supaya bayar

bulan rendah. Pastikan sewa lebih tinggi dari loan kalu x takyah

beli.

Start 1 dulu, faham dulu kerenah penyewa pastu boleh tambah.

Tuje yg aku tau. nanti aku tambah lg.

stuju tu..skrg ni mmg duk bca2 bku azizi ali psal bwat bisnes dengan rumah tu...tp ilmu practical tu kurg..huhuhu

stuju tu...ilmu bru ni psal bwat loan slama yg bleh..trimas2..tu la psal..aku mmg plan first nak bli umah satu utk sewa pas aku stat keja nnti..mto pun da ade..so transport xde prob la..nak kawen muda agi..lg satu ape jenis umah yg slalu org sewa? tul ka semiD x seswai..apartment ngan pangsa ok??

habis belajar dulu...dah grad,kerja dulu..pah tu baru la leh wat loan...x tau la kot hang ank org kaya.....

bisnes umah bukan payah...mula-mula beli umah murah dulu..then dah tahu camner flow...baru upgrade...benda2 camni mudah jer...x baca buku azizi pun boleh buat...yg penting..duit sewa jgn tertunggak..kena amik kira belaka...cukai pintu,maintenance,cukai tanah,cukai IWK,jiran tetangga,camner org yg nk sewa umah kita tu..huh mcm2-mcm....kira kena tegar la...

yg bestnya..aset kita tu tak susut harga.....hehehehe
