Dear Friends,
On New Year’s Eve, as the year is drawing to a close, it is customary to sum up the results of the current year. We discuss our plans for the next year and make our cherished wishes, which we hope and believe will come true. And they will come true, if all of us, making the wish – clearly know what we want to achieve. Summarizing helps us understand the direction we are taking. Without understanding the past – there can be no future.
This year showed an effective and prompt growth of the company InstaForex, created and developed by a most ambitious, intelligent and reliable team; its members were selected not only from employees of our holding and our clients, but also from the most talented and purpose-driven people we have come across. I think that both the InstaForex managers and team have done a wonderful job; they have achieved great results, and are worthy of being recognized not only for their work as a leading FOREX broker throughout the world, but also as both a good, stable team, and a fair partner.
During the year, a new team, made up of clients, was formed in an open and public environment; it is a company called ForexHunt. Its main goal was to create a favorable atmosphere – the type of atmosphere they dreamed about as LiteForex clients – for financial market participants. Everyone had the right and possibility to join this new team. My opinion is that they have achieved their primary target, and are ready to go on to another level – one of international recognition and acclaim.
LiteForex carried out a tremendous amount of work in 2009. They prepared specialists, infrastructures and traders to legitimately and seriously compete with leading participants in financial markets not only in Russia, but worldwide as well! For the company, this was a year for solving important issues with only limited information. It also managed to achieve mutual understanding with its clients through fair dialogue, and form an earned and steady trust.
The year was not easy for United World Capital, but it was a productive one. Marketing, legal, financial and political platforms were carefully and seriously prepared in order to enable UWC to enter the largest stock and financial markets. Experts, selected from a group of people amongst the most recommended in different economic and political fields, were trained; these were high caliber, internationally-recognized specialists with proven levels of achievement.
The Russian Association of Financial Market Participants (RAFMP) was formed through the cooperation of company efforts. The Association will protect companies (participants) as well as their clients. Its main purpose is to build harmonious and transparent relationships between participants of financial markets; in order to develop open interaction conditions for handling conflicts of interests, and simple and understandable interaction principles. The Association is ready to carry on an open dialogue with similar structures throughout the world.
Indeed, last year was not devoid of its share of mistakes and problems. However, let me remind you that only total states of inactivity are exempt from errors or mistakes! Thanks to our clients’ trust and a fair dialogue, we successfully handled the consequences of our errors. This, in turn, enabled us to become more powerful, stable and reliable. Certainly we were provoked by foes, which played dirty. But we proudly and successfully handled the issues. And through it, we gained the experience that helped us reach where we are today.
Our clients deserve special consideration and respect. We are very grateful to them for their trust, understanding and the respect they have shown us. To show our gratitude, we intend to maintain and improve the quality of our services. We hope to reach a level of dialogue where we will become one team that wishes and aspires to live in a world of financial freedom. I’m very positive about reaching this goal, and the reason to think so is the fact that the vast majority of successful financial markets participants have grown with our team.
We cannot neglect to mention the satellite companies that provided us with physical and legal means of security; companies that gave us coverage and political support and with which we worked closely. We are certainly thankful to them for their work.
Next year we mean to continue to progress, to open new markets in new countries. We intend to improve the level of our business relationships and to master new directions. We plan to obtain funds and share a sufficient part of our financial resources with charity. We intend to create a program to finance the education of talented children in different countries of the world, and to develop an international exchange program. As a matter of fact, considerable measures have already been taken in this direction; and the program is already under its way.
Regarding the development of our holding, we intend to use our friendly and political contacts in order to form legal and physical presences in all key countries throughout the world. Difficult and enormous amounts of work are upon us, but I am sure we can handle it. This is a long-term program, which will improve and succeed year by year.
Finally, we will continue our honest and fair work with our clients in 2010. We will be attracting serious, new investors. Competitors will be dealt with in a confident and politically-correct manner.
I personally will continue to improve and develop my city, to tweak its social and political connections, and to attract investments to make it beautiful and comfortable to work and live in.
