Default Adakah Teknik Flipping Masih Boleh diguna pakai ke pada 2010?

Salam semua,

Rasa2 korang teknik ni untk properties investment masih valid ke untuk tahun depan? sebab mana2 hartanah yg dijual kurang dari 5 tahun akan di caj 5% Tax..

So apa action korg yg mengamalkan teknik flip ni? msukkan dalam SAP siap2? atau ada jalan lain nk waived kan 5% ni?

maknanya kalau kita ada 20buah rumah,bila dah cukup 30 tahun,kita nak jual semua..semua rumah kene bayar 5% utk kerajaan ke?walauweh

tak silap aku the new amendment tak ada time limit la bro its flat 5% for every sale of property...

kalau salah tolong betulkan yer

berkenaan dengan teknik Flipping:

masih relevant tapi margin keuntungan tu dah jadi kureng skit la. jadi kalau nak flip make sure masih profitable la...
