Default Beli Rumah Sudah Siap @ beli tanah, buat rumah

Salam semua

Nak tanya pandangan CGrian yang sudi berkongsi pendapat kat sini mengenai pilihan terbaik sama ada beli rumah siap yang dibangunkan oleh developer atau beli tanah lot pastu buat rumah sendiri atas tanah trsbt.?? Mana lebih jimat kos. Persoalannye

1) Adakah bank boleh kasi loan untuk beli tanah & seterusnya buat rumah? ( pinjman sekaligus or apply loan beli tanah dulu and lepas tu apply lak utk kos bina rumah )
2) Apakah kos2 yg terlibat ( e.g: urusan dgn pbt,arkitek,bahan mentah)
3) Macam mana tukang buat rumah/construction estimate harga rumah tersebut??
4) And mcm mana kita nk tau harga pasaran tanah ditempat tersebut.sama ada relevan atau cekik darah ( perlu tnaya jabatan tanah ke or penilai )

Pakej2 nie bank offer ke bro?? Step pertama kita kena dptkan loyer duluke..baru apply loan utk tanah Emm..kalo buat rumah 20 x 70 , 4 bilik 3 bilik air, kos ada ke dalam 100K??

rasanya tak lepas bro tuk 100K tuk 20X70 tuk kos rumah sahaja... sbb sekarang ni rasanya upah 1:1 .

tanah tu milik macam mana....sendiri ke atau banyak nama? Lepas tu, tanah tu title/syarat untuk pertanian ke atau kediaman? Dia nak buat loan bank ke gomen? Lokasi mana tu?

nak beli tanah dan buat rumah tu memang boleh, takde masalah pun. tapi nak dapat harga RM100k tu susah la nak cakap. tengoklah tempat mana kau nak buat. kalau kampung boleh la kot
