rumah sewa aku pun dah kosong untuk bulan depan.. penyewa berpindah ke tempat lain.. .. kena cari penyewa baru.. ada 3 org dlm list skrg, semuanya P.A

in case kita sewakaan sebulan 500..
keuntungan kita akan bertambah sebanyak 60k...
dari 122k dah jadi 182k..

tu kalau harga rumah naik mcm tu lah..

so terpulang pada individu..tengok plan investment, target etc..

kalau dapat sewakan rumah harga lebih tinggi dari installment bank = untung besar

kalau dapat sewa rumah harga sama dengan installment bank = untung

kalau dapat sewa rumah rendah dari installment bank = untung jugak

at the end rumah tu tetap milik owner.

daripada tanah tu kosong/rumah kosong.. sekurang2 nya ada income dkt situ.. mcm aku.. loan kena byr monthly rm800, tapi sewa just dpt rm600 shj.. janji ada lah sikit... dpt guna buat bayar LASB
