Syarat-syarat pemilikan
Sekatan Moratorium 10 tahun akan dikenakan di mana rumah yang dibeli tidak boleh dipindah milik atau dijual tanpa kebenaran kerajaan
Tidak boleh disewa / ditukar guna ruang (contoh: kepada pejabat, tadika, taska, dan lain-lain)
Tidak boleh mengubah fasad luaran rumah / mengecat semula
Tidak boleh ubahsuai tanpa Kebenaran Merancang Perbadanan Putrajaya
Tidak boleh menduduki kuarters kerajaan di dalam kawasan Putrajaya

takder klausa sebut takleh sewakan...kalau RUMAWIP,PR1MA,SELANGORKU memang ada sebut takleh jual dlm tempoh 10 tahun&takleh sewa..tak tahu kalau putrajaya punya lain


entah la,pegawai tu sendiri cakap kat aku boleh sewakan..siap dia cakap boleh apply kat negeri lain walaupun tak bekerja kat negeri tu

dptkan salah satu yg ideal (baik utk tt dan family dr pelbagai segi)

jgn terlalu gopoh utk beli itu dan ini.. biar ada duit cash dlm tgn.. pape terjadi pon senang.. paling penting, kena BELI RUMAH dulu.. selebihnya biar poket berbicara.. JANGAN BIAR NAFSU KUASAI DIRI

ada discuss dgn peg PPA1M, klau ada alasan yg kukuh, seperti kena transfer ke, bole discuss dgn pihak diorg, sebab tujuan rumah ni utk bantu yg tiada rumah, mudahkan pemilikan rumah,

cuma susah jgk nk monitor moratorium ni, lepas tu klau la pemilik rumah jual atau sewa, apa tindakan yg bole diambil, adakah kena bayar balik subsidi kerajaan ?

Assalam. Off topic sikit. Tumpang tanya kalau suami blacklist, dlm snp ada nama suami n isteri.

Loan atas nama isteri sahaja yg clean record. Boleh tak apply loan. Kalau boleh bank mana yg boleh. Dah cuba Affin bank.. belum tau result tp dr apa yg dah bincang bersama bank ikut bnm regulator wlpn isteri clean loan still akan reject juga.

Mohon pencerahan siapa yg ada pngalaman ini.

jika suami black list suami x boleh buat join loan dgn isteri.jika isteri shj nak buat loan tapi nak letak nama suami di snp sbb nak kuarkan kwsp suami, bank x benarkan letak nama suami yg blacklist
