Johari memberi jaminan projek perumahan berharga RM300,000 ke bawah akan diteruskan.

Ahli Parlimen Titiwangsa itu berkata, keperluan kediaman mampu milik kini melebihi 48%, namun bekalan rumah sedemikian hanya setakat 24%.

Katanya, kerajaan perlu menyeimbangkan keadaan ketika ini, di mana kebanyakan rumah di pasaran berharga lebih RM250,000 hingga RM300,000 malah ada yang mencecah juta ringgit.

Jumaat lalu, Bernama memetik Gabenor Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Tan Sri Muhammad Ibrahim sebagai berkata, ketidakseimbangan pasaran hartanah boleh memberi risiko besar ke atas keseluruhan ekonomi sekiranya berlaku kejutan.

Beliau berkata, Malaysia mencatatkan hartanah kediaman tidak terjual yang tinggi, iaitu 130,690 unit bagi tempoh sehingga suku pertama 2017, khususnya rumah berharga lebih RM250,000 manakala kadar kekosongan pejabat dijangka mencecah 32% pada 2021.

Katanya, kira-kira 140 pusat beli-belah akan menyertai pasaran hartanah di negeri utama menjelang 2021 dan ia akan memburukkan lagi lebihan penawaran serta berpotensi menjadi lebih teruk berbanding semasa krisis kewangan Asia (1997).

Sin Chew Daily memetik statistik BNM menunjukkan kadar kekosongan pejabat ketika ini paling serius di Lembah Klang sebanyak 24%, manakala kira-kira 130,690 unit kediaman tidak terjual sehingga suku pertama tahun ini, di mana 83% daripadanya berharga melebihi RM250,000.

lebih kurang je dgn harga rumah private developer - skdr nama je as if mcm ada effort...

lain la kalo landed home...

masa harga naik kaw2 xnak msuk cmpur..
bg alasan mcm2.. xde kuasa nk kawal le bagai..
