Mrta tu optional tuan..kalau tuan xminat mrta,boleh suruh banker letak sedikit je semata2 untuk menang dari segi rate..tuan boleh ambil MLTA lua kalau tuan mahu..

Tuan Fyhan..sy amik MRTA before nie..yg tu masuk dlm loan sekali...kalau nk tukar ke MLTA mcm mana ye?mana lagi baik...kite maintain or tggu bile nk refinance?boleh advise tak...
