Isu nie banyak gak customer experienced.. ini disebabkan isu single billing migration..X semua org kena ..

Di mana bil streamyx dan telefon di mergekan..so dalam hal tu ada satu bulan tertinggal selama nie.. selama nie cust bayar bill bulan 10 tapi sebenarnya caj untuk bulan 9.. mcm tu lebih kurang..

Xde sapa tipu sapa.. mmg salah TM sebab sistem Link sistem tak betui.. tapi cust xrugi apa2 pun..

ok.. nih cite saya..
first time nk langgan stimex nih.. agent wat hal.. stimex in a box..
masa tu suh kawan atas kawan.. sy kt jb. yg org TM nih kt utara.. reg stremex kn dpt komisen kn.. maybe sbb komisen la agent dok pusing2 cite.. masa tu nk dpt kn bungkusan S in A box tu.. nk tau statusnya cam ner.. bila kes da kecoh "satu malaya" baru la dpt kesan bungkusan tu ade kt post office.. tu pun diaorg x follow up.. minta dr TMpoint berdekatan pon x leh..masa tu ntah brp kali sehari sy tel 100 tu.. bersilih2 ganti CS sy tny..
ok.. seterusnya.. steamix in a box nih..modem rosak.. kena petir
bila call CS.. macam2 jawapan yg sy dpt.. kejap warranty xde expired.. bila call lg ade expired plak.. pakej 512 77 with modem.

.. bila da xleh jawab.. sng je jawab.. sy pekeja baru kt sini
pas tu geram.. tukar terus modem.. beli modem sendiri.. upgrade 1M
pas tu .. time lmpu modem x idup..repot.walau da bg tau bhgn TM yg problem.. still nk salahkn pengguna.. kata awk still leh log in sekian2 masa.. walhal.. modem tu ntah ape gile..
tp tech still dtg la tny ape problem..n then cust service ade call tny stimex da ok or x..
n yg paling x sedap.. guna line tel sy call h/p sy.. bengang tol.. curi la line org lain klu nk test pon.. xpon bg la less caj

aku pakai streamyx lama dah...sejak awal2 streamyx muncul dulu...time tuh pakai modem cap kasda lagi hahahaha...

semua mmg aku puas hati setakat nih...connection ok...tak pernah mengecewakan...

cuma 1 jer aku nak tanya kat tuan tanah...

aku nih ada la gak pindah2 umah...beser ler dok menyewa...yg aku tak paham skang nih...asal aku nak transfer account streamyx aku jer...mesti lambat...alasan diaoran ---- PORT PENUH

bleh tak tuan tanak terangkan apa maksud PORT PENUH nih...

pasal bagi pemahamam aku port nih mcm tempat nak cucuk device laa...so sebagai pembekal gergasi broadband kat malaysia nih kenapa port tuh tak disediakan dgn kadar yg mencukupi...

contoh kalo dlm 1 taman tuh ada 500 rumah so sepatutnya port yg disediakan antara 500 ker 600 port...baru betul

Walaupun kekadang servis Streamyx nie down..tapi kita semua kena terima hakikat da memang ni tahap teknologi speed internet yg terbaik di malaysia...

Kalu nak compare ngan negara luar memang susah beb coz teknologi dan R&D negara kita xseperti mereka...At least kalu nak compare ngan penyedia service internet yg lain lagi hampeh sebenarnya kalu xcaya cubala sendiri...

Bagi aku streamyx still D Best internet service provider in town..

untuk makluman semua.. Bill dari system masuk cyberprint.. cyberpint akan hantar ke POS > Posmen akan post.. so kalau isu bill lambat dah mcm serupa tuding jari hang salah, ako salah.. sebab banyak faktor..korang pun mls nak layan kan bab bill lambat nie...

So jalan terbaik adalah check Online billing...

streamyx memang bagus...
tapi lagi bagus kalau ada ISP yang boleh bersaing dgn tmnet.
tmnet hanya pentingkan aduan pengguna tapi kualiti servis mengecewakan sedangkan user bertambah. Hanya sesetengah tempat yg ada speed 4mb.
