Default beli rumah mahal, sewa murah

assalamualaikum geng,

tumpang tanya, kalau kita sewakan sebuah rumah/apartment dengan kadar lebih rendah drp bayaran pinjaman bank, adakah ini merugikan? mohon otai2 di sini share pro dan consnya.

yg saya faham secara logik, saya masih dpt menurunkan komitment bulanan pada masa yg sama, simpan rumah/apartment tersebut bagi jangka panjang. boleh juga naikkan kadar sewa pada masa kawasan tersebut telah matang.

maaf saya try search topik ni dlm segment ni tapi tak dpt

Itu bergantung kepada owner.. Jika boleh cover bulanan dgn cara lain, teruskan jer.... Kawan sya ada gak mcm tu.. Monthly bayar bank dlm RM1800.. Dia sewakan dlm RM1400 jer.. Skrg, dia duduk rumah wife dia.. So, drp rumah terbiar.. Baik dia sewakan... Kalau tak, RM1800 nak kena byr... Skrg, kira dia byr, RM400 jer la....

persoalan ni la yg org2 kita mahukan,diorng slalu label pemilik rumah sbgai kapitalis psl memiliki rumah bnyak pastu bg sewa tinggi.diorg xtau org nk beli rumah deposit saja dh brapa,nak repair2 lg ke apa ke..bnyak modal dh kuar.yg diorg tau nak sewa murah je.tp trpulang kat owner umah la kalu mmg rumah ada xde org duduk,kire nk bg org jg jgk la rumah tu tpulangla

rumah teres biasa benda ni. nilai biasanya naik.

rumah apartment ni yang kena pikir betul2. katalah dalam 1bangunan tu ada 200unit apartment. 1/2 tak bayar yuran tiap bulan. sesilap tak terjaga bangunan tu. bila tak terjaga, contohnya lift, mau jatuh harga.
