5.1. When contentious cases occur, the Client is entitled to file a claim with the Company. Claims are accepted within two working days from the date the problem occurs.
5.2. The claim should be in the form of an electronic mail (e-mail) and sent to the Trading Operations Department: email@example.com
Claims submitted in other ways will not be taken into account.
5.3. The Client claim will take no longer than 10 working days to be settled by the Company:
If the Client's claim is considered fair, the Company will accept it and deposit funds in the Client's trading account within one working day.
InstaForex Companies Group follows generally accepted market practices and internal policy, for those claims not mentioned in the present Agreement.
5.4. The Client's claim form should have:
- Full name;
- Account number ;
- Date and time contentious case occurred;
- Contentious case ticker or order;
- Description of claim, leaving out emotions

As many of you are choosing our company due to the bonus campaign, and the topic of bonuses is under lively discussion at the moment we would like to explain some issues. This thread is opened specially for solving bonus problems.
Every day thousands of bonuses are received in the company. The bonus system assumes that there can be cases of fraud concerning it, that is why the company is following the antifraud policy which is devoted to detect the doubtful accounts. Daily only 2% of all the accounts getting bonuses are falling within the antifraud policy.
The bonus decline does not mean being blamed by the company, but since the very beginning the company states that BONUS IS A PRESENT which can be cancelled without giving any reason for it. If somebody is projecting his strategy only using the bonus sum – it is most likely that the bonus will be cancelled. Bonuses are meant to support the clients who are trading according to their usual strategies and are not devoted for that the client was trading only for the benefit of the bonus.
The company has a right to abort the bonus and this is declared in the Bonus Agreement.
Though the quality of cancelled bonuses is only 2% of the overal bonus quantity and no-one can charge the company of taking back its OWN GIFT.
