Ok jugalah jenis yg nak sewa. Jenis yg tak nak sewa dan dibiarkan rumah tu bertahun2 kosong tu yg aku pelik. Kejiranan aku ni ada 3 bijik rumah yg kosong yg tak pernah diduduki dan disewa. Semi-D double story. Kalau sewa dapat jugak RM2k - RM2.5k sebulan. Dah 10 tahun dibiar camtu. Aku kiralah kalau dio sewa satu rumah minima RM2k selama 10 tahun dah dapat RM240,000 Banyak tu . Dah nak dekat suku juta

Aku yg jenuh menjawab bila orang asik tanya rumah tu x nak sewa atau jual ke.
