TT,nak tanya skit,boleh ke kalau sehari kita hanya makan telur setengah masak beserta kicap dan lada sulah sahaja?lain tak makan langsung..ada efek tak elok ke nanti?
effect sebab nutrient lain xde...
contohnya...telor xde fiber...fiber diperlukan oleh badan,,
mungkin kena tambah sayur n buah...
kalau boleh pelbagaikan jenis makanan...daging , kambing, ayam , ikan...nasi..makan je semua...tapi jangan melantak...
baru seimbang nutrient yang masuk dalam badan,,,yang penting natural,,,yang merosakkan, adalah yang fastfood, kalau selalu sangat dimakan..
kalau nutrien x cukup dalam badan, memang boleh dapat penyakit...
