pada aku, lot lidi ni risiko terlalu besar... tak berbaloi nak ambik... kita beli utk buat rumah, beratus ribu abis... nak diwariskan kepada anak2.. lama nak pegang harta tu... anytime bleh hilang hak

kenapa ek penjualan tanah lot ni mcm berleluasa je,maksudnye benda ni legal ke x ye,tgk risiko mmg nampak tinggi..ye la mmg ade urusan surat ikatan amanah pe semua tu tp surat2 tu mmg betol2 kuat ke,esok2 nak turunkan ke anak cucu xde masalah ke kemudian hari..

tp mcm kalu tgk sekitar kawasan lembah kelang pon mcm ade jgk rumah tanah lot yg dah lama mcm kat gombak,selayang,sg pusu,kire tgk xde la plak rumah atau tanah yg sudah diambil balik ke apa ke

Mmmmm... kita beli lot lidi ni secara beramai-ramai.. bukan sorang-sorang. Kalau waris nak tuntut hak dia pun bukanya mudah main halau mcm tu jer...

Contoh: 1 org vs 30 org coz 30 lot.

p/s; terpulang pd diri masing-masing untuk menilai...

ia bukan 1 vs 100 ke ape... bukan kuantiti, tapi kena celik undang2 camne...

30 lot tu pun adalah lot yg tak sah, yg tak register kat pejabat tanah pon... owner yg sah adalah yg ada nama kat pejabat tanah... ikatan amanah dan lain2 tu boleh di "override" oleh pemilik sah tanah... pemilik mati, tanah dibahagi secara faraid, kalo waris yg sah datang tuntut camne? die adalah pewaris yg sah... berputih mata la semua.. malam2 masuk tv3..

menilai kena dari segi undang2 yg ada... apa2 problem nanti setel ikut undang2 gak kan??

Ade x kat dalam ni tau kot2 ade kes waris pemilik tanah ade nak tuntut balik tanah yg dah dijual lot lidi ni,lg2 plak lot tanah yg dah dijual parent dia dulu ni masing2 dah buat rumah atau kebun ke apa ke...kalu ade menang ke kalah ke leh share2 dlm ni..
