Terbaekk share info tuan..
Benda ni kalau tak timbul sekarang, masa hadapan pasti timbul juga dengan masalah2 tersebut.

baru baru ni, ada makcik kenalan berhadapan isu tanah kampung kat kundang.
Tanah dah beli 30 tahun lepas. Time tu pon syarat pecah tanah takda yang arif.
Geran pon dalam bahasa jawi. Sekarang pening nak selesaikan.

Apa yang ambe faham, syarat pecah lot sekarang minimum 3200 & 5000 sq ft.
Proses untuk pecah lot memakan masa hampir 2 tahun & maksimum 2 tahun 6 bulan.
Sebab terlibat dengan banyak agensi kerajaan & pihak2 lain yang berkenaan.
Kos sedikit tinggi tapi berbaloi bagi yang JV untuk memiliki tanah lot.

Rajin2 follow FB sorang yang arif pasal tanah ni, dia selaku Ketua Projek manage untuk JV Pecah lot.
Banyak info dia share berkenaan tanah. Tuan Mohd Aman

kalo owner meninggal, waris owner yg sah, tuntut hak die, berputih mata la semua...

kau beli tanah lot, mesti buat rumah kan? nak jual nanti mesti dengan rumah.. bank tak finance, sakit gak nak cari cash buyer.. kalo dapat pon harga kena tekan...
