Pada kawan selagi perasaan hasad dengki antara melayu adalah faktor yang menjatuhkan bangsa kita.
Tengok bangsa cina, persaingan antara mereka persaingan yang sihat. Yang paling tak tahan bangsa Melayu nie persaingan dalam bentuk X-file.
Kawan terkena dulu bila buka bengkel kawasan Melayu. Memula kurang percaya, sekali tengok depan mata decided to move to other place.
Alhamdullilah sekarang dah tak de anasir-anasir x-file

konsep berniaga orang cina mudah di faham.

berniaga berseorangan risiko tinggi, kalau berkumpulan risiko di kongsi bersama.

Orang cina tak kira muslim atau kafir, mereka ada persatuan yg akan back up mereka dalam aktiviti perniagaan mereka. tak der modal, persatuan boleh supply modal berniaga, didik selok belok berniaga mcm program mentor mentee, persatuan memberikan mereka network perniagaan yang luas.

Orang melayu islam kita ada ker buat mcm tu? nak mendengki jer ada la. cina muallaf pun ada persatuan.

Perkara 1 : Teori 80/20 (Pareto Principle)

Pemilikan minoriti terhadap majoriti sumber dalam satu kelompok bukan satu konsep yang baru.

Ramai dah sedar realiti ini sejak dari zaman dulu.

Ia dinamakan Pareto Principle.

The number k may vary from 50 (in the case of equal distribution, i.e. 100% of the population have equal shares) to nearly 100 (when a tiny number of participants account for almost all of the resource). There is nothing special about the number 80% mathematically, but many real systems have k somewhere around this region of intermediate imbalance in distribution.[3]

The Pareto principle is only tangentially related to Pareto efficiency, which was also introduced by the same economist. Pareto developed both concepts in the context of the distribution of income and wealth among the population.
Andai negara ini semua rakyatnya Melayu pun akan berlaku disparity dalam ekonomi dan juga segala segi. Bezanya polanya adalah Melayu Kaya vs Melayu Miskin.

Itu soal wealth parity.

Soal networking pula, it's true... not only in the Chinese minority, tapi juga pada kaum India.

Dalam kaum India di Malaysia, networking bukan dikuasai golongan Tamil. Orang Tamil ada sedikit backward dalam hal ni, tapi yang dominan adalah dari suku India yang lain (Malayalam, Sinhalese, etc.)

Dan... networking sendiri tak cukup. You have to be a minority.

Minority di mana-mana pun subur. Dan minoriti, di mana-mana pun akan cenderung membentuk networking.

Contoh paling jelas : Yahudi di Eropah.

Perkara 2 : Masalah Melayu

Masalahnya Melayu pun tamak.

Yang tamak bukan sahaja yang berniaga, yang jadi pelanggan pun tamak.


Pada pemerhatian aku, krisis terbesar Melayu adalah kehilangan kepercayaan kepada kebaikan bersama yang berpanjangan (lasting mutual benefit) yang seharusnya mengatasi manfaat peribadi yang sementara (temporary personal gain).

Melayu kini macam enau dalam belukar, masing-masing nak melepaskan pucuk.

Jika hendak di-attribute-kan kepada tahap pendidikan, sampai sekarang attitude ini masih prevalent dalam masyarakat.
