Salam nk tnya,
Kebiasaan berapa tahun elok untuk refinance rumah?? Jika nk ikut lock in period rumah aku 5 tahun baru abis. Skrg baru duduk 2 tahun. Ingat nk langgar gak sbb lama nk tunggu 5 tahun tu . Ingat nk guna duit refinance utk amik rumah satu lg..

selalunya kalau nak refinance,lepas lock in period..dari pandangan saya,kalau perbezaan interest +- 2%,boleh la refinance..
nak langgar kalau rs xrugi xpe la tuan..sebab tuan kena ingat penalty dah 3% dari loan amount..lepas tu nak refinance lagi 3% untuk semua fees tuan kena sediakan..totalk semua dah 6% tuan..kalau boleh tuan pikir2 kan lah...

salam sume, sy nak buat refinance sbb nak kurang kan rate dan dapat rate yang lebih rendah..dan sy dah dapat rate yang lebih rendah di mana refinance sy buat dari bank yang sama..loan agreement untuk loan baru dah sign sebulan lepas..

Cuma sedikit masalah timbul bila sy dapat tau loan lame sy masih belum fully disbursh..baru 97.5%. ade lagi 2.5% (once strata title). Dalam kes ni lawyer bank advise sy suh bayar guna duit sendiri pulak 2.5% tu..byk gak la dlm 7k..rasa nya mmg xnak la guna duit ke situ pulak..dan benda ni jadi pending mcm tu..

Soalan sy, adakah loan baru ni tetap continue walaupun sy kate xnak guna duit sendiri untuk settle loan lame..adekah ade penalti sekiranya masa terlalu lama untuk kes ini diselesaikan..lawyer seolah-olah kate tu je advise terakhir..sy mmg kate xnak kuar duit sy sendiri...

tolong sesiapa yang faham keadaan sy..tq..salam..
