1. kerajaan ambil keput, SBPA dibatalkan!!!!ssm ditambah baik

2. Penubuhan suruhanjaya, semua pihak berkepentingan, kaji SSM PA BARU

3. Selaras komitmen kerajaan: pelarasan gaji berdasar SSM ikut %

13% PNP+PELAKSANA 1-54
9% Utama c b a
8% turus 3 2
7% untuk 1 dan KSN​

4. SSM diubah dari struktur gaji matrik ke struktur minimum maksimum gred 1-54, 80-320 ikut gred

(update warga cg:jusa naik ikut tangga gaji setelah dibuat pelarasan kenaikan...

dorang xde sistem min - max mcm gred 1-54 )..

5. bantuan sara hidup kawasan b naik dari 200 ke 250 sebulan,
kawasan c RM100 ke RM150 sebulan

insentif BIPK, BIW, BIP dan BISP dikekalkan

guru2: kekal penambahbaikan laluan kerjaya T based bajet 2012
