2-1-2012 Guru Adam Montana there will be no "RI" and anyone who insists there will be an RI simply doesn't understand...an RV, on the other hand, is a "ReValuation" of the currency and that can happen because it will be based on CURRENT value and support as determined by Iraq and supported by the world...it has nothing to do with a past rate, only the current situation. Iraq has tons of reserves, a steadily improving economy and government, and they can back up a higher value.
