Ade tak rumah teres setingkat 20x70 area s.alam,puchong,subang,petaling jaya yang nak dijual oleh Pemaju?harga dalam range 150K-200K?

Saya ada lawati laman web LBS,ade rumah yang akan di'launch' tak lama lagi iaitu camelia cottage,indigo homes di bandar saujana putra..
kalau ade info pasal harga rumah ni bgtaula ya..tq:)

cmne proses beli umah nih?? nak tau sbb nak kire2 bajet kawin n beli umah... sng wat persediaan awl...:">

std proses beli rmh baru dr developer:

Bayar booking - depends on developer
Bayar balance utk 10% - cash atau EPF
Apply pengeluaran EPF (kalau guna EPF)
Apply loan bank utk balance 90%

Caj berkaitan :

Lawyer fees utk SNP - kekadang included in sale price
Lawyer fees utk bank
MRTA - blh include dlm loan

frontier .. ada tak projek yang allow bayar deposit less then 5% ... kalau ada minta update
