David Beckham has reportedly revealed that Kaká wants to go to Real Madrid in the summer after turning down the chance to join Manchester City.
GettyImages
The English midfielder thinks his team-mate will leave.
According to Spanish paper AS, the Brazilian has asked the former England captain about life in the Spanish capital and has his heart set on a move to the Bernabeu in June .
"Kaká wants to go to Real Madrid and not to City. I think he'll become a Real player in June," the on-loan midfielder told a friend, AS state.
"I think someone has called him and Kaká has made his decision."
While Kaka has decided not to move to the Premier League, the paper claim that Madrid will make their move for a player they have been linked with for months in the summer.
Former President Ramón Calderón, who resigned last week, had promised to sign Kaká in his pre-election manifesto in 2006, but was also quoted as saying that the Brazilian was not good enough to command a spot in the Madrid first-team just a year later.
Beckham, according to AS, has a good history of correct predictions as he apparently said that Brazilian striker Ronaldo would move to AC Milan over three years ago, when the pair were team-mates at the Bernabéu.

Chelsea set to move for £12million Bentley?
Chelsea Football Club have been linked with a shock move for David Bentley.
Since leaving Blackburn Rovers for Tottenham Hotspur in the summer the England international has struggled for form, raising question marks over his £15million fee.
And despite Harry Redknapp singing his praises following his introduction in the 1-1 draw with Portsmouth on Sunday, speculation over the future of the 24-year-old persists.
Reports suggest Stamford Bridge boss Luiz Felipe Scolari is lining up a shock £12million bid for Bentley, which would qualify as perhaps the biggest surprise of the January window.

Real Madrid star wants Manchester City move!
Javier Saviola is said to be keen on a switch to Manchester City Football Club.
Real Madrid are prepared to listen to offers for the Argentine international, who has failed to sparkle at the Bernabeu since his move from archrivals Barcelona.
A move to England has been mooted since the January transfer window opened, and the Daily Star Sunday claim he has snubbed a move to Portsmouth.
It is now being suggested that Saviola is hanging on for a move to Eastlands, as he is interested in what are exciting times at the richest club in the planet.
It remains to be seen if Mark Hughes will take up the option to move for the 27-year-old, who has also starred for River Plate, Monaco and Sevilla.

Hull boss Phil Brown is set to make a move for Wigan striker Henri Camara as he searches for a replacement for Marlon King.
King has left the club and looks like he could switch his loan to Middlesbrough after a fall out with Brown and that has left the Tigers a striker short in their squad. Therefore Camara, who has made just five starts this season for Latics, could be the one to fill the gap.

Man City Step Up Interest In Roberto Mancini
Manchester City have had a fairly inconsistent first half of the current English Premier League season, as they sit in eleventh spot, with just 25 points recorded from 21 matches of football.
They are a meager four points clear of the relegation zone however, which has heaped the pressure on the coach Mark Hughes in particular, who could be on his way out in the near future, if the club’s owners find a suitable replacement.
According to the latest reports from Tuttomercatoweb, City have stepped up their interest in the former Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini, and it is rumoured that he could join the English club at the completion of the season.
The reports go on to indicate that the former coach was contacted by the Eastlands club just days ago, and that an offer has officially been made to him.
Having said this though, Mancini has briefly commented on the alleged interest in him, and although not denying the claims, he has stated that he is going to leave his options open for now.
Chelsea and Arsenal are two other clubs that have previously expressed interest in Mancini, and so he has confirmed that, “I need some time to ponder my future, before making any significant decisions.”
The former Nerazzurri coach has been out of work since his sacking in May, and he is looking for a way back into football. Mancini has been using his free time recently to learn the English language, which would suggest that he is on the verge of joining a Premier League club.

MANCHESTER CITY amazingly handed Hamburg £19million for Nigel de Jong despite knowing he would cost just £2.3m at the end of the season.
The Dutch midfield enforcer, dubbed the vacuum cleaner because he Hoovers up in front of the back four, has signed a four-year deal.
But City’s pursuit of the 24-year-old has made them a laughing stock as De Jong had a clause in his Hamburg contract stating he would be available for just £2.3m this summer.
So if the Eastlands mob had waited four months they could have bagged him for a staggering £16.7m less!
De Jong, who cost just £1m from Ajax in 2005, is the most expensive player to leave a Bundesliga club.
A Dutch source told SunSport: “Hamburg are laughing all the way to the bank.
“No one can believe that a club would act like this in the current economic climate.
“People in Holland are still shaking their heads. Nigel is a decent player but is he worth £16.7million for just four months? No way.
“City are just showing how little regard they have for money — and sense. It is ridiculous.”
Hamburg boss Martin Jol said: “The club just couldn’t refuse the offer.”
De Jong, who is in line to make his debut against Newcastle next Wednesday, said: “I feel very good.
“The ideas and the planning behind this club are very hopeful.”

Manchester City Ready To Swoop For Diego - Report
According to the News of the World, Manchester City have turned their attention to Werder Bremen star Diego as they continue their quest for a marquee signing this winter.
The Sky Blues were expected to complete a world-record deal for Kaka last week, but the Brazilian opted to remain with AC Milan even though he stood to earn close to €300,000 per week in England.
It was a huge blow for the Eastlands upstarts, who had hoped to team up the former FIFA World Player of the Year with the in-form Stephen Ireland and new signing Nigel de Jong in midfield.
But manager Mark Hughes hasn't wasted much time identifying his second choice to take the playmaking reins, if these tabloid reports are to be believed.
It is understood that the Citizens are ready to launch a €27 million bid for Diego, who is expected to leave Germany in the summer at the very latest.
The 23-year-old is coveted by some of Europe's top teams, with Juventus - who are hoping to replace the retiring Pavel Nedved - long tipped as the most likely destination.
However, the former Porto player is on the record as saying he will go to the highest bidder; and with City prepared to offer him over €190,000 per week, they could well sway the Brazilian international.
Also in the Premier League club's favour is the presence of Robinho, Diego's close friend, compatriot and former Santos team-mate.

Arsenal unlikely to meet asking price for £8million midfielder
Arsenal Football Club have been quoted £8million for Charles N’Zogbia.
The French midfielder is eager to quit Newcastle United whilst the winter transfer window is open, and he admits a move to the Emirates Stadium is his preference.
“I am used to English Football, so my priority is to stay here," he told Le 10 Sport earlier this month. "Arsenal is the club that makes me dream the most in the Premier League.”
However, whilst Arsene Wenger may have been interested in N’Zogbia for a fee of around £5million, the Magpies look set to price him out of the market by asking for £8million.

West Ham United target former Gunners ace Flamini
West Ham United Football Club are said to be interested in Mathieu Flamini.
The France international had a fine season with Arsenal last term, but he allowed his contract to expire in the summer so he could clinch a lucrative move to AC Milan.
Flamini has, though, failed to nail down a regular place in the Rossoneri line-up, and reports in Italy claim Napoli are lining up a bid to take the 24-year-old on loan.
However, it is also being suggested that Gianfranco Zola is hoping to use his standing in the game to lure the midfielder to Upton Park, with the view to a permanent deal in the summer.

Inter Milan and Juventus ready to swoop for Spurs midfielder Modric
Inter Milan have reportedly joined Juventus in a bid to sign Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric.
Marco Materazzi could go in the other direction as Jose Mourinho looks to offload some of the older members of his Inter squad.
Harry Redknapp could be keen to take 35-year-old Materazzi on loan as he looks for cover.
Mourinho is an admirer of Croatia playmaker Modric and, according to the Daily Mirror, Spurs could be tempted to cash in after failing to live up to his £16.6million pricetag since signing from Dinamo Zagreb.
The tabloid reports that White Hart Lane boss Redknapp has singled out Ledley King, Michael Dawson, Jamie O’Hara and Jonathan Woodgate as 'untouchables' from the squad he inherited, while the rest may be dispensable

Midfielder linked with Real switch
Real Madrid presidential candidate Florentino Perez has claimed he would make Xabi Alonso his primary target if he were to be elected.
It is common for club's presidential candidates in Spain to reveal the players they would go for if elected and Perez has chosen Alonso as his main summer target should he get the nod at the Bernabeu.
The Spanish international midfielder has been an almost ever present in the side this season and boss Rafa Benitez would be unwilling to sanction a move for the player, unless the money was too good to turn down and he had already lined up a replacement.
Last summer he was prepared to sell Alonso to Juventus if they came up with £16m as he was then going to spend that on bringing Gareth Barry to the club but that move eventually collapsed with Juventus boss Claudio Ranieri saying Alonso was too slow.
If a similar deal were to emerge this summer then Benitez may be tempted again.
Betfair is a bit different to your normal bookie; they actually want you to win. Instead of a bookmaker setting the odds, their customers do. That means you. And because you compete against each other, you get better odds. Up to 20% better odds in fact. You can either make a back bet (bet on who's going to win) or place a lay bet (bet against something happening). Betfair matches people on either side of the bet with the odds they agree. Simple. Tottenham may be turning away from Liverpool's Robbie Keane and looking at Blackburn's Roque Santa Cruz - if you believe some reports that is.
Not only does it seem that Andrei Arshavin is the only player being linked with Arsenal, but it also seems that the move might not even happen.
Charles N'Zogbia just can't make up his mind as to where he wants to go next. The Newcastle midfielder now sounds like he'd rather go to Aston Villa than to Arsenal.
Yaya Toure has been linked at times this month with Arsenal and Manchester City, and while the link with the Gunners is likely only because his brother is there, the Barcelona rising star says he plans on going nowhere anytime soon. Would you leave the best club in the world?
Portsmouth are said to have joined Middlesbrough and Stoke City in the chase for Aston Villa striker Marlon Harewood. They'd all like to take the 6-foot-1 striker on loan.

Man City Planning £40million Swoop For Aguero?
Kun Aguero pun M.City nak jugak....
Reportedly, big spenders Manchester City are believed to be eyeing the capture of Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero at the end of the season, which could be one of their major signings in the summer.
A bid somewhere around the region of £40million could be sufficient to tempt the La Liga side to sell their striker, but persuading Argentine International Aguero to move to the Premier League could be a challenge after he expressed his desire to stay in Spain.
"I am tired of all the buzz about where I might be going - the club does not want to sell me and I want to continue at Atletico so things are clear," said Aguero.
"I do not know what will happen in the summer.
"But I have a contract with Atletico. I know from my agent that many clubs have asked about me and some even submitted a bid but I have not thought about leaving because I am happy here."

Spurs still retain hope of re-signing star
Sky Sports News understands that Tottenham Hotspur have not given up hope of re-signing Robbie Keane from Liverpool before the transfer window closes.
The striker was left out of Rafa Benitez's squad for the 2-0 success over Chelsea on Sunday, sparking speculation he could be on the move.
Benitez later said that he believes Keane will remain at Anfield, but Sky Sports News sources say there is still a "40 per cent chance" the deal could go through.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has insisted that his side are not looking for a saviour in their pursuit of Russian playmaker Andrei Arshavin.
The Gunners lost even more ground on the Premier League's front runners with a frustrating 0-0 draw at the Emirates against West Ham United yesterday.
The result leaves the Gunners in fifth place, a massive ten points behind Manchester United in first place, with United still having a game in hand over their rivals.
The Arsenal boss seems sure that his young side can produce the form expected of them, and insisted that the possible purchase of Arshavin is not an instant fix to his struggling young guns.
Speaking to football365.com, Wenger said, "We do not need an instant saviour.
"There is always a danger that people always want a wonder man, but I do not believe in that.
"I believe we have to keep going, and accept that the expectation level on him would be very high - if he joins us. But if he doesn't join us, then I am not more pessimistic.
"We also have not to go overboard with the crisis we face - let's judge our team at the end of the season."

Fulham have completed the loan signing of Olivier Dacourt from Inter Milan.
As revealed by skysports.com at the weekend Fulham have agreed a loan deal to sign the Frenchman until the end of the season.
Dacourt has been linked with a move away from Inter for some time and Fulham have won the race for his signature.
The former Leeds and Everton star has made just one appearance for Inter this season and the Italian giants have allowed him to leave on loan.
Dacourt will help fill the void left by the departure of midfield duo Jimmy Bullard and Leon Andreasen earlier this month.

Quaresma joins Chelsea on loan
LONDON (AFP) - Ricardo Quaresma has joined Chelsea on-loan from Italy's Inter Milan for the rest of the season, the English Premier League side said on Monday.
The London club added on their official website that the Premier League had ratified the deal, which was announced some two hours after Monday's 1700GMT transfer window deadline had passed.
Quaresma, 25, a winger who can play on either flank, became the sixth Portuguese player at Stamford Bridge following the pre-season arrivals of Deco and Jose Bosingwa. He has also worked under Blues boss Luiz Felipe Scolari at international level, including during Euro 2008.
However he fell out of favour with former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho at Inter, whom he joined before the start of this season.
The former Porto and Barcelona forward was booed by Inter's own fans during the recent 1-1 draw with Torino where he shot over the bar after coming on as a second-half substitute.
Chelsea were left five points behind league leaders Manchester United after losing 2-0 to title rivals Liverpool on Sunday.

Manchester City to move for £14million Liverpool target?
Manchester City Football Club could move for Gareth Barry in the summer.
The England international was a constant target for Liverpool ahead of the 2008/09 season, but the Reds refused to meet Aston Villa’s £17million value.
Barry is out of contract at the end of next season, and after his starring role this term, the Midlands club are eager to tie him to a new deal.
But if the midfielder refuses to pen a fresh contract Martin O’Neill will have little choice but to offload him, which could arouse interest from City.
The mega-rich Eastlands side are already drawing up a list of shortlists for the summer, and reports suggest they could offer Villa £14million in the summer.

Arsenal Track On £15mil Striker
Arsenal are lining up a £15million summer transfer window for fed-up Real Madrid striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.
The Dutch international only moved left Ajax in January, but is disillusioned after being left out of Real’s revised Champions League squad list – so he won’t be facing Liverpool next week.
The £17m man has scored just one La Liga goal and the Bernabeu top brass are reported to be ready to cut their losses on the 25-year-old.
That has alerted Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, who had Huntelaar lined up last summer as a potential replacement for Emmanuel Adebayor.

Arsenal & Chelsea Tracking Bordeaux Youngster Henri Saivet
According to a report in British tabloid newspaper The Daily Mirror, the Premier League duo of Arsenal and Chelsea are keeping tabs on Bordeaux starlet Henri Saivet.
The 18-year-old striker has made just two brief first-team appearances for the French club to date, but he has already drawn comparisons with Thierry Henry.
Apparently, Gunners manager Arsene Wenger has been keeping an eye on the France Under-17 international for some time now.
But it is suggested that Chelsea will put up a strong fight for the Senegal-born forward's signature as they are keen to add some of Europe's top youngsters to their ageing squad.
Saivet has missed much of this season due to serious injury but is just starting to find his fitness again.

Liverpool To Bid For Gareth Barry, David Villa & David Silva - Report
According to a report in the British tabloid The Sunday Mirror, Liverpool are preparing to launch a triple end-of-season offer for Aston Villa's Gareth Barry, and Valencia duo David Villa and David Silva.
Apparently, the Reds' American owners are ready to back their manager Rafa Benitez with €106.3 million (£100m) in order to land the transfer targets.
It is also claimed that should the Spaniard decide to cash-in on any of his squad members at Anfield, he will be allowed to invest those funds in new acquisitions.
It is thought that Benitez has also identified Wigan Athletic's right-sided winger Antonio Valencia, although recent speculation has linked the Ecuador international with a move to Manchester United.

Liverpool: Juventus are expected to rekindle their interest in Xabi Alonso, and Real Madrid are monitoring developments, although Rafa Benitez is not keen to sell this time around.

ARSENE WENGER will test the backing of the Arsenal board with a £15million move for Fulham defender Brede Hangeland.
The unhappy Gunners boss has been offered the club’s ‘unequivocal support by chief executive Ivan Gazidis following a long meeting this week.
And now Wenger intends to cash in on promises of financial backing by making a club record bid for a defender.
Wenger is still angry that he has been blamed by fans for refusing to spend big money in the transfer market.
The Frenchman feels he has been left to carry the can by a board that promises major funds for new signings but rarely delivers.
He will not back down in his pursuit of Norway international Hangeland and expects Arsenal to meet Fulham’s asking price.
The 27-year-old cost just £3.7m from Danish side FC Copenhagen 18 months ago.
But 6ft 4in Hangeland’s value has rocketed this season on the back of solid performances.
Now Wenger believes he is just the man he needs to plug the holes in his leaky defence.
The Gunners chief knows opposite number Roy Hodgson will not easily part with the defender, who still has two years left on his Fulham contract.
But the hard-up Cottagers are in no position to turn down £15m and Wenger has made it clear he sees this issue as a test of Arsenal’s commitment to challenge for major honours next season.
