Responsibilities:
* There will be walk-in-interviews scheduled at 2 locations:
* Location 1: Embassy of the State of Kuwait, No.229, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur (From the 21st of August 2007)
* Location 2: The Orient Star Resort Lumut, Lot 203 & 366, Jalan Iskandar Shah, 32200 Lumut, Perak. (Only on the 28th of August 2007) # 3 year contract (renewable)
# Salary Package: Negotiable (in US Dollars)

# Positions Available:
# 1 Heavy Duty Lifts and Crane Technician - Can maintain and repair Lifts and Cranes. Inspect and lubricate cables, pulleys, guides, drums and heavy parts of crane.

# 2 Auxiliary System Tech. Mechanical - Install and maintain ship machinery, such as auxiliary motors, pumps, ventilating equipment and steering gear.

# 3 Ship Hull Construction Engineer - Exp. in inspection and repair of Hull, Superstructure, Deck Paint and Pipe systems.

# 4 Marine Electrical Technician (Alternator LS LSAM461M3) - Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Alternators type LS LSAM461M3.

# 5 Electronic Tech. For Weapons Control System, Optical and Radar (FCS 9LV, Director, Search Radar) - Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production electronic components, Control System, Optical and Radar type (FCS 9LV, Director, Search Radar).

# 6 Communication Technician HFVHF-UHF-Microwave - Exp. in testing, inspecting and repairing of Communication HFVHF-UHF and Microwave Systems.

# 7 Marine Diesel Engine Technician (MTU 538TB92 / 93 - MTU 8V 183AA51) - Exp. in maintaining high and medium speed marine diesel engines (MTU 538TB92 / 93 - MTU 8V 183AA51)

# 8 Ship Hull Fitter Millwright Tech. - Exp. in opening, fitting and installing ship's bulkheads, sections parts and pipes.

# 9 Hydraulic Technician - Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, pumps, cylinder and pipes.

# 10 Ship Pipe Fitter Technician - Cuts and bores holes in bulkheads and decks for installation of pipes. Repairs, packs, and adjusts valves. Tests for leaks and to meet specifications, using hydrostatic and other pressure test equipment.

# 11 CNC Cutting Mechanic - Set up, program and operate CNC mills or lathes. Responsible for machining various metals such as cast iron and aluminum. Able to operate 3 and 4 axis machines.

# 12 Engine Electronic Technician - Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems, such as computer equipment, engine control instrumentation, electron tubes, test equipment, and machine tool numerical controls.

# 13 Electronic Monitoring and Ship Control (MCS3 - MCS5) - Exp. in testing, inspecting and repairing of Ship's Control and Monitoring Systems (MCS3 - MCS5).

# 14 Navigation Equipment Technician (DECCA RADAR, D.G.P.S, Speed Log, Echo Sounder, Gyro Compass) - Exp. in testing, inspecting and repairing of Ship's Navigation Equipment (DECCA RADAR, D.G.P.S, Speed Log, Echo Sounder, Gyro Compass).

# 15 Gun Mechanical Technician (76mm-40mm OTOMELARA) - Exp. in inspection and repair of Ship's Gun Mechanical System (76mm - 40mm OTOMELARA).

# 16 Gun Electrical Technician (76mm-40mm OTOMELARA) - Exp. in inspection and repair of Ship's Gun Electrical System (76mm - 40mm OTOMELARA)

# 17 Marine Steel Welder - Exp. In marine grade steel welding with low hydrogen and basic electrode. Raise, place, and unite iron or steel girders, columns, and other structural members to form completed structures or structural frameworks.

# 18 Aluminum Welder - Aluminum weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture aluminum product to drawings, specifications, instructions in the weld out of aluminum marine vessels following project schedules and meeting established budgets. Proficient in assigned aluminum welding techniques using plate, tee bar, flat bar, square tube, pipe and other extrusion with minimal rework.

# 19 Shafts and Propeller Welder Technician - Exp. in TIG and MIG welding with Argon & CO2 Inert Gases. Aluminum, Copper & Stainless Steel welding. Use had-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components or fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.

# 20 Fabrication Technician - Fabricate or modify tooling, such as jigs, fixtures, templates, and form blocks, reduced-scale mockups of parts and assemblies.

# 21 Machinist Technician - Install, and maintain facility machinery. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery. Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.

# 22 Insulator Technician - Tests equipment, materials, or products, using test equipment, such as thermometer, voltmeter, moisture meter, or tensiometer, for conformance to specifications.

# 23 HVAC Technician (Packer) Inspects products prior to packaging, observes packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications.

# 24 Engineering Lab Technician - Tests chemical and physical properties of materials used in manufacturing or assembling motor vehicles: Performs standard chemical and physical tests on parts, solutions, and materials using conventional and computerized machines and work aids.

# 25 Crane Operator - Operates cranes to move products, equipment, or materials from ships to storage areas and vise versa, and processes, or to load and unload trucks.

# 26 Quality Control Technician - Plans and directs activities concerned with spare parts and equipment: Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as electrical or mechanical.

# 27 Press Brake Operator - Set up and operate of fabrication machines such as punch presses, press brakes, shears, ecko/fin machines, and more. Working with stainless, steel, structural steel, and sheet metal.

# 28 Ship Carpenter and Decoration Technician - Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, using carpenter's hand tools and power tools.

# 29 Planner, Scheduler and Marker Engineer - Plans complete layout schedules for units of ships to provide maximum possible operating efficiency: Measures and studies available spare parts and maintenance requirement.

# 30 Computer Aided Designer - Designs and plans for machinery equipment and component according to specifications provided by architect using engineering and design drawings using computer aided design software.
